District 4 - Supervisor Glen Benskin

Glen Benskin was elected to his first term for the 4th District of Montgomery County in 1998. Glen was born in Montgomery County and attended country school in Frankfort Township through the 8th grade. After graduating from Stanton High School Glen entered the United States Navy where he served for 2 years. After leaving the Navy Glen married and began farming North of Stanton until his retirement. He currently lives in Stanton.

His many years of public service included 8 years as a member of the Stanton School Board. Glen is a member of the following organizations:

• Masons
• Stanton Optimists
• Eastern Star

In his role as a County Supervisor Glen serves on the following Boards:

• Montgomery County Public Health
• Waubonsie Mental Health
• Mills\Montgomery Mentalh Health 28E Board
